Name : Deep-Bed Air Purifying Unit-JRDBS Series

JRDBS Air Purifying unit is composed of case body, fan power system, pre-filter system, chemical filtration system (Class 2-4), post-filter system, heating and cooling system, and electric control system. Rated volume range: 1250-12000m3/h, cooling capacity range 18-175kW, heating capacity range 20-200kW, fan total pressure up to 2000Pa above. There are 10 model specifications of the unit.

The air purifying unit is mainly used in control rooms of pulp industry, paper making industry, power plants, oil refining factories, petrochemical factories, and metallurgy factories.

①.   Case body
Steel framework structure, dual-layer coated steel plate as case panel, with 30mm polyurethane insulation material in between.
Optional: External colour-coated steel plate, inner stainless steel plate, with 50mm polyurethane insulation material.

②.   Efficient and stable power system
Power system: centrifugal fan of high static pressure, low noise and high efficiency, with carbon steel surface painting. Optional: stainless steel material, quality and efficient motor (Class F insulation, IP55) of high quality shaft and special power belt.
Two installation methods of fan system: press-out design (fresh air treatment and indoor circulation), suction-type design (air discharge treatment)

③.   Front pre-filter system, removing dust particles
The pre-filter system adopts G4 plate primary filter and F7 plate medium filter to efficiently remove dust particles in the air and protect the chemical filtration system from dust. The filter is equipped with differential pressure monitoring device.

④.   Chemical filtration system, efficiently purifying gaseous pollutant
JRDBS Air Purifying Unit adopts multi-layer deep-bed chemical gas filter device to absorb massive corrosive gas through chemical absorption and physisorption, achieving 99% purification efficiency. The deep-bed chemical filter device is wall mounted, with thickness of 300mm and face velocity ≤0.5m/s. The total retention time of treated polluted air in chemical filter shall be ≥1.2 seconds.
Standard configuration of filter bed: up to Class 6 filtration.

⑤.   Terminal efficient filter system, ensuring air cleanliness indoor.
The terminal efficient filter system adopts F8 high-medium efficiency filter. The filter is equipped with differential pressure monitoring device.

⑥.   Heating and cooling system
Standard configuration: heating system and cooling system, used for heating and cooling of air.
A. Standard configuration of heating system: Hot water heating. Optional: electrical heating.
B. Standard configuration of cooling system: cooling coil. Optional: evaporator (with outdoor unit, including compressor and condenser).

⑦.   Control system
The JRDBS air purifying device adopts intelligent LCD controller. The controller can display working condition of purifying device in real time and give off fault alarm and maintenance alert. The device is equipped with fire alarm interface. On receiving fire alarm, the device will automatically stop running.
Optional: combustible gas (or other dangerous gases) sensor. When combustible gases reach limiting value, the device will automatically stop running and give off alarms.
